By accessing or using NanoEdit (“the Service”), operated by OptiScale LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NanoEdit is an AI-powered image editing tool that allows users to edit images using natural language descriptions. The Service uses third-party AI models to process and modify images based on user instructions.
New users receive 2 free edits. Additional credits may be earned through promotional activities (e.g., email signup). Paid subscription plans (Plus, Business) and credit packs are available for purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, tax collection, and payment compliance on our behalf. Credit balances are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it through our AI pipeline solely to provide the editing service. We may temporarily store uploaded and edited images on our servers for service delivery purposes.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and edit any image you submit. You must not upload images that contain illegal content, violate third-party rights, or depict minors in inappropriate contexts.
Edited images are generated by AI and may not always produce the desired results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using edited images.
You may not use the Service to: create deepfakes or deceptive imagery intended to mislead; generate content that violates any law; attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI systems; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTISCALE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
