We offer a standard 7-day refund window on NanoEdit paid subscription plans (Creator, Seller), credit packs, and one-time digital purchases such as passport photo unlocks, except for accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. Most refund requests are handled under the usage and lifetime limits below.
NanoEdit subscriptions are recurring monthly plans that continue until canceled. Credit packs and paid digital photo unlocks are one-time digital purchases. After a one-time digital photo purchase is completed, we provide access to the downloadable file or a delivery link tied to that transaction. This policy is the controlling refund policy referenced by our Terms of Service, pricing page, and checkout.
If your situation falls outside the standard rules but you are dealing with a genuine issue, you are welcome to email us. We cannot promise an exception in every case, but we are happy to review reasonable requests in good faith.
The Passport Acceptance Pack is a one-time digital passport photo purchase. It includes a submission-ready digital photo, a print layout where supported by the selected document format, and an AI preparation check report.
If an issuing authority rejects the photo because of a photo preparation issue such as sizing, crop, background, or layout, email us within 7 days. We will review the case and offer a free remake or refund when the rejection is caused by NanoEdit photo preparation.
This coverage does not apply when the wrong document type or country was selected, the issuing authority changed its rules after purchase, the application was rejected for a non-photo reason, or the submitted source image was unsuitable in a way that could not be corrected automatically.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional delay.
If a purchase is refunded, the paid entitlement tied to that purchase may be canceled or revoked. Any commercial-use license or authorization granted through the refunded purchase ends with that refunded purchase, and you should stop using refunded entitlements for commercial publishing, licensing, resale, or other commercial exploitation unless you later obtain a new valid paid entitlement. If this affects an active project, please contact us so we can help you figure out the right next step.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. In many cases we can sort out billing issues directly. If a chargeback appears clearly abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy rather than a genuine billing dispute, we may need to permanently close the related NanoEdit account and block associated email addresses, IP addresses, and payment methods to protect the service.
