Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of NanoEdit, including prompts, uploaded images, generated edits, account activity, and attempts to bypass service limits or safety systems. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Zero-Tolerance Sexual Content Rules

You may not use NanoEdit to upload, request, generate, edit, or distribute nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, erotic, NSFW, or fetish content of any kind. This applies to both text prompts and input images.

Any sexualized, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving real or AI-generated minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to report such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable local, state, federal, or international law enforcement.

3. Real-Person Likeness and Deepfakes

You may not create deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonations, or synthetic images of identifiable real people without their explicit consent. This includes politicians, public figures, celebrities, former partners, coworkers, classmates, private individuals, and anyone whose likeness can reasonably be recognized.

Editing your own likeness (self-portraits, selfies, photos you have captured of yourself) is allowed, provided the output does not violate other sections of this policy.

4. Other Prohibited Uses

• Hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or dehumanizing content.
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, blackmail, extortion, or defamation.
• Fraud, scams, identity deception, forged documents, or misleading commercial claims.
• Election interference, voter suppression, or deceptive political materials.
• Content that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, abuse detection, or account enforcement.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent account termination without refund. We may retain relevant user IDs, IP addresses, upload IDs, image hashes, prompts, timestamps, and enforcement notes to investigate abuse, protect the service, and cooperate with payment processors, hosting providers, and law enforcement.

6. Reporting Violations

Report misuse through our contact page or by emailing abuse@nanoedit.ai. Include any relevant account, upload, image, URL, or screenshot details so our team can investigate.

7. Governing Law and Contact

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
